Business transaction gone wrong
I'm in the process of doing a business transaction when my client decided to use electronic transfer. I recommended a trustworthy services and she told me her bank only uses Popmoney. Well I never heard of this service. Read bad reviews, I suggested to send via mail money order or another trustworthy site. So I went ahead download the app on the phone. Few weeks later I received an email from Popmoney that my information online is missing information required. Well the app did not mentioned for first timers to apply on a desktop or laptop and not apply on a phone app. So they asked for documentation, like bank statement and ID. This brought immediate red flags. No services if not buying a car or home ask for these personal confidential information! A week later a get another email, saying my information online does not match with the documents given. WTF!!! One month later I had enough with these people. I spoke with my client and she insisted to use this company. There are so many red flags with this services, that I highly suggest don't.. I mean DON'T use them.
