An account was originally opened with protect America, my business closed due to COVID-19 they did not care like most companies who gave the business a break. They sold out to Brinks, I have explained to Brinks they the business is no longer in business due COVID-19. They did not care. The alarm will not work in my home because it requires a phone line. So they start calling me, wanting me to pay still for a LLC business that is no longer in business, so you may think twice if your a small company starting up during COVID-19. I wrote them in a letter asking if they took any money from anyone because of the COVID-19 help and now wont do anything to help failed business, they could not respond User's recommendation: Ask them if your business fails or if you loose you job do to COVID-19 are they going to give you a break, if they say yes then they are lying.
