Business Model based on excessive cancelation fees

After a year of Zero customer service We NEVER received ANY incoming calls as the system never worked. They don't take calls you make a appointment online and they always call after hours or on weekends. Most of my calls were at 5:03-5:05 pm after we left. This is a cancelation company Not a phone company...just a joke. User's recommendation: Do better research than I did.
