Bus isn’t here stil / departure time was 9:55 am

Bus isnt on time , my baby is in the hospital in Miami and I need to get to Miami . No announced anything for hours , now we have to wait till 7:00 pm to leave . Im losing a day on my hotel that I would like to reimburse for because thats not professional nor fare to everyone thats riding greyhound
