I buy Chips Ahoy cookies every week, and they are usually very good, but this week they were totally BURNT. There is no other way to describe them, the whole package was hard, dark brown on top and bottom, absolutely BURNT. I hope this was a one time slip up in manufacturing, because I am very dissatisfied with your product today. FIX IT or I will buy another brand product. Sincerely, W.T.P.
