I had long hair and got a short cut, well my stylest saw a man come in so she rushed my hairstyle with a HOT dryer and burnt my hair! I did notice she added more conditioner because she saw what she did. Another thing she started to wash my hair with cold water so I spoke up, NEVER had that happen, AND to ADD, she said I could HAVE a shampoo to try put it in my hand then took it back and charged me!!! I wanted to try it so I let that go. Well I won't go again!! I fight but going through to much to add to my life issues. Customer stuck with damaged hair!!!
