Bullying by facebook against me being a disabled woman

I am being targeted by facebook and being banned because I am a woman but a man who posted the original photo (a joke) which I reported, I received the answer from facebook and he is allowed the picture on his "public" timeline. Facebook reply "reviewed it doesn't go against our community standards." I am disabled and need face book to get help.
