Buisness has not paid me my down payment back.

Financed car from this dealership on 08/3/20. Canceled sales contract on 08/07/20. Until this date of 08/5/20 Elite Auto Group has still not returned my down payment to me. Sold me a car without disclosing to me the salvage history of the car. User's recommendation: Not to finance or buy any car here.
