Manager of Building Inspections at 1200 Market St, St Louis MO, Christopher Schlumm is very unprofessional and racist towards female taxpayers. When a female tries to inquire about sabotaged Inspection complaints Schlumm responds aggressively sexist, entitled and condescending. This city of St Louis Inspection dept is chaotic, at best. Christopher Schlumm keeps complaining about lack of manpower, SO WHY are taxpayers paying for this mess? Complaints are being cancelled without proper investigation. Schlumm treats females like he has no knowledge of MO Laws, he behaves like a lazy overpaid employee who hates his job. Repeatedly, he blames all of the chaos on a different dept, the Citizens Service Bureau, when he's dodging questions. Again, what are City of St Louis MO taxpayers paying for?
