BUGS MOLD ITCHY SHEETS

I was traveling back to NYC from FL with my sister, brother-in-law, and niece who is a toddler. We decided to stay over at the Knights Inn (the reservation was made through Expedia.com)on 10/05/2019 Saturday into Sunday 10/06/2019. The Itinerary number is 748191****288. When we got into our rooms, there were dirt marks on the walls, live and dead cockroaches, mold, crayon marks, and the sheets were itchy. When I asked the gentleman on duty to assist me with the tv issue and informed him of the conditions, he apologized, shrugged off my concerns. He said the guests who rented the rooms previously left a mess and apologized. I got up on the morning of 10/06/2019 and my toe hurt as if a toenail was digging into it. I inspected my toe and it was in fact red but the nail was fine. On 10/07/2019 when I woke up in NY in my home, one of my toes is swollen and red, it looks like a bite. I have read reviews on the Knights Inn and they are scary to say the least. PLEASE NOTE I WILL NEVER EVER STAY in a Knights Inn again, and intend to take this complaint to the highest levels so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I ask you, how do you intend to rectify this situation. I have pictures of the atrocious rooms we stayed in. The only reason we didn't leave is because we were exhausted and in the morning when I went to complain again, your staff never awoke from the back office to answer the bell. I'm appalled that anyone has stayed at a Knights Inn.
