Bugs in my brand new couch

i received my couch on the 30th of june ive been itching since they said they would pick the couch up but are charging me a restocking fee 15% and a fee for them to pick up the couch over $300 i want all of my money back ! not a portion User's recommendation: bed bugs in the furniture.
