Budget failed to return cash deposit

Been waiting for deposit since Aug 7 it is now Aug 22 still no refund was told by customer service to call location. Which i have already first tine they misspelled the street name check never received 2nd time they claim they mailed a money order out 1 week . Still no money order. Contacted corporate waiting for a response.
