I had a water pump replaced by them. They left the bad rubber impeller tie wrapped to my steering cable for me to see. It was obvious the impeller was bad and Buddy was kind enought to explain to me why. After we got our boat back the motor wouldn't start. At the time, i was sure Haskells Marine did something to cause my problem. I took it back and Buddy immediately took a look at it and determined a safety switch was faulty. It was unfortunate timing, but Haskells Marine was not at fault at all. Buddy is very nice and even allowed me to watch while he performed the troubleshooting. He quickly determined the cause and fixed it and didnt even charge us. We were able to go boating the same day. I highly recommend Haskell Marine and absolutely love my Key West boat. They are honest which is a hard find these days.
