My husband has been very ill in hospital. We had a stering payment record. But one month slipped by. No notice of phone call or email.They shut off as I showering my ill husband.Called customer service they were rude and said they did not have time for this and very mean spirted about this.Most companies care somewhat for customers.This is a monoply so they do what want to consumers
