Oct 2018, Refund of money paid being refused so far , looks like The Motor Ombudsman , will be my next move. At least 8 weeks or longer with car I cannot use. Please learn for my misfortune and DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from EMC Car Sales , Bagshot, GU19 5NN 30 right to reject refused, repair refused, then sent to TMO (The Motor Ombudsman)c and CAB (Citizens Advice), now June 2019 still got nowhere, so have stated court preceding.
