Dear sir/Madam, We bought pvc Venetian blinds from Homebase and they were delivered last Tuesday 26th May and my partner was putting them up and we found where the strings are at the bottom of the blind where broken when trying to put them up.The other blind is fine Your sincerely Ashleigh kerr
