Be aware that Great Call’s Lively GPS/fall detection devices do not work, are no longer being sold, and are the subject of a class action suit. If you have one and are paying for the service make sure to place rest calls on a regular basis. Their Customer Service reps are trained to stonewall problems. If you need a device, then test your device and it does not work then notify Great Call you are dropping the service and make sure your bank or credit card blocks further debits. If you’ve been harmed by Great Call problems the class action attorneys can be found by an internet search. PC Magazine has an 2019 unbiased review of services and medical devices that are available.
