Broken Pigment? YOUR problem

I ordered my palette during a sale. I left my palette in the box to do a unboxing/initial review for a few weeks and when I finally unbox my box of crayons palette, one of my pigments was broken. I emailed customer service with pictures of my BRAND new UNTOUCHED Palette and asked if they could send a replacement shadow of the broken pigment. They emailed me back saying any problems must be submitted within 48 hours after the package is delivered, so there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointed because supa has advertised on her page that they send replacement pigments if one breaks prior to use. Guess it’s only if it breaks during shipping.
