Broken pasito in just 4days

My pasito got broke in just 4days , it leaks like a river and everytime im using it i always wiping the cartridge to nake it dry ,but on the 4th day it suddenly stop firing and charging but the lights are still working , i want smoant to replace my pasito a new one .
