Broken packages

I ordered Full Crystal from them and paid for 2 day delivery. Didn't get for 5 weeks. When received 2 of the 3 packets of crystal were broken and in the bottom of the packaging they were sent in. Haven't found any way to contact them except the return address on the shipping label. Any phone number I try says it is not them and they don't even list it on their website now.
