Broken new dryer

New dryer doesn't work, after waiting weeks for service the guy turned it on and said it don't work dah, now it's been over a month and after a call to them, it should only be another 5 or 6 weeks. When you buy something for a thousand dollars and own it for 3 months and still can't use it makes you want to buy more of their products!
