Broken Laptop and Clueless Tech Support

What happened to me was pure theft. $850 for a completely non-functional, unusable Dell Inspiron 5575. It has been almost a year trying everything possible to get this computer to work. Spent so many hours with clueless Dell tech support reps over the phone performing completely irrelevant tests. They keep transferring you from one department to another until the call gets dropped after wasting hours of your time. They even asked me to send the device for repair once. And they replaced the mother board and the power adapter. And it came back just as broken. I will not spend more hours on that. I will just trash the laptop and I will do everything possible to inform people about how terrible Dell is. I will also try to reach out to consumer protection agencies in my country to see if they can help me get some sort of compensation for this rip-off. User's recommendation: Stay away from Dell.
