Broken item , cant contact Disney, did not help me return item

I received a shattered broken mug from the Disney Store. They cannot be contacted the phone, their chat doesn't work. UPS will not return the shattered broken coffee mug that was $24. The Disney Store only sends me General return information on every email I've written. They will not acknowledge that the coffee mug is broken and can't be returned there's free no return label If UPS would return it, it would cost me $13 to send it back I was very disappointed in customer service impossible to call. Everything at Disney has bought online, so I'm not sure why they're doing so poorly The coffee mug was wrapped in paper, it didn't not even say fragile. It was a gift, very disappointing, I trusted Disney store
