Me and my wife went to Long John Silver's on Cache Road in Lawton Oklahoma for lunch today [protected]. When order our food the lady at the counter told us that there was no ice would it be ok that we did not have ice for our drinks. Not knowing the situation we told her that was fine, the next customers that can in placed their orders and again the lady proceeded to tell her that there was no ice for their drinks. The customer told the lady behind the counter that she came in to their restaurant 3 weeks ago and was told the same thing, A gentlemen can from the back and told her that is was not his fault that is was a corporate problem that they didn't want to fix the ice machine at the drink station. That is a very poor excuses for customers not to have ice for their drinks, I will not be eating at that Long John Silvers again, very poor business.
