Broken equipment don’t get fixed/replaced

The swimming pool pace clock has stopped working in early February 2019. Some folks reported the issue and couple days later, the clock was removed. Many have brought the issue to the workers at the gym, sent emails to the general manager, and left phone messages to the general manager. Nothing has been done. It has been more than 2 months and the pace clock is still not fixed/replaced. People have not been able to work-out for over 2 months, yet, membership fee continues to pay.
