Broken dishwasher need repair

I cannot open a repair service request because I cannot log in. I have no password. So going online does no good. A password was never set up for me to log in with. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and noone answered. Maybe my agent Caroline King can get this going, but I doubt it. It seems designed to not work. User's recommendation: look around for honest company.
