Broken dining room chair

I purchased 4 dining room chairs on February 28, 2021. On March 10, someone sat in the chair and it totally broke. Was purchased at Walmart. Was given phone number but sounds like a fax machine. Can I get chair replaced. Order #330321****560. Please contact m me at lnielsen@***.edu
