Broken cigarette

I have smoked Pull Mall cigarettes for years and never had a problem until yesterday. I took a cigarette out of a pack and the entire cigarette was shredded down one side. It obviously had been caught in a making somewhere. I don't like that there place this is sent to is titled as it is, but it was the only place I could find to send this.
