I have ordered a basket from www.teleflora.com as a present and order arrived pretty fast. But unfortunately basket was broken. When I noticed that delivery guy was already gone. So I contacted Teleflora and asked for a replacement, but they refused and said that was impossible. I asked for the reason, but they didn't explain anything and told me to read their policies. I had to rush to the closest market and buy another basket! I wasn't happy about my purchase and of course wasn't satisfied with how I was treated. I'm only glad that flowers were ok. I will never use this flower delivery service again!
