Broken AC since June 14 I’m in a hotel and still Fidelity and Fact HVAC still have no day or time when they can repair I have been a client fir 17 years customer Service is awful

My AC broke on June 14 and still Fidelity and Fact HVAD still havent fixed the problem I will be canceling my warranty Out of 5 stars I give them a 0 User's recommendation: Bad company.
