Broke my glove box

They broke my glove box after showing me the dirty cabin filter during an oil change service. Of course the Manager denied it. He said they didn’t touch my glove box to remove the filter. That the filter was removed from below. That because it was so full of stuff that I was responsible for it breaking. Liar, liar. Anyway, he said he would order a new one for my car. Finally after waiting two months, I called and he said it was in. He also said it had been in for 2 weeks and that he had left me a message. Another lie. I went there within the hour to get it. To my horror it was the wrong color. A beige handle on a black glove box and interior looks stupid. Again he lies and says he could not find a black glove box. All I needed was a black handle. Needless to say I was angry. I took the beige glove box that had my blank handle from one of the employees hands and left. The Manager didn’t want me to have it. But he couldn’t stop me from taking it. Good thing I did because this 64 old women was able to remove the black plastic cover from the bad handle and put it on the good handle. Glove box fixed!
