Broke my car after 3 1/2 hours in 104 degrees, laughed at me (age 64), asked where to tow it, then invoiced me!

Fire the manager. No excuse for his conduct and laughter, given the circumstances. I doubt he'd be okay with one of his employees treating his mother so contemptuosly in 104 degrees as he did. User's recommendation: Avoid this Center.
