Broke in less than 6 months…
2
I own one of their flagship ion shark robot vacuums. It broke in less than 6 months. They sent me a part to fix it. The part did not work. I knew it wouldn't and told the customer support it wouldn't but they did not listen. After waiting for the part to prove to them it wouldn't fix the unit they agreed to replace the unit. They then proceeded to charge me $21 to ship me the replacement unit. It should not cost me a thing to replace their defective unit. I fully expect the replacement unit to fail in less than a year. When that happens I will be buying from one of SharkNinjas competitors.
