We bought a 2011 Coachman Encounter to which the couch is a soft like leather texture. All of a sudden, the middle of a two [2] cushion bottom, one of the cushions totally broke down like there was nothing inside the cushion. We looked it over, the frame is fine, it is the cushion itself. At about the same time, the entire couch began peeling all over, the top, arms, back and sides. I contacted our warranty department and was advised to contact Coachman to see if there was anything they could do. I have read on other blogs of the same thing occurring. If I could get some advice on these issues I would appreciate it. Thank you
