Following several calls my situation remain the same. My issue started by drop of internet at night average once a week. I check the status of internet or any work to be aware of result come back as all good, in reality no connection.Then the issue started again by my apple mobile refusing to connect as the security of my network is old which is WEP - WEP2. So I made a call and was told the fault is in the exchange and will be dealt with and I should monitor my broadband for a week. Problem solved. Again four days ago my windows 10 laptop refused to connect due security issue my last User's recommendation: Never ever.
