Brinks alarm not sounding and I’ve been in my home for one hour. Try getting a hold of someone on the weekends.

My complaint is; Brinks/Montronics is NOT there for you on the weekends. I finally, spoke with some latino guy in Chihuahua Mexico who couldn't understand english. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time with Brinks/Montronics. Go to Simple Safe and make the initial investment. It doesn't deserve a rating. I give them a 0 on a scale 1 to 5.
