Brighter Image Press – Upper Arch Replacement Review

Please listen to customers of BIL: This is a horrible company with very poor quality of workmanship....I purchased in March the upper arch replacement warranty and expidited shipping. Received first veneer 20 days after my impressions were received by them, they would not even stay in my mouth. So I ordered a replacement. I was sent another impression kit and the set was again not in the 14 day time frame...18 days after it showed my impressions received on their website......the set received from this set (the 2nd) set was beautiful, it fit perfect. A happy ending? No A NIGHTMARE!!!! They broke within a month. The inner left molar covers broke so I had a good fitting venner not broken for 23 days. I Ordered a replacement. :-) I was sent a horrible example of what I paid for. The veeneer was at least an eight of an inch from the top gum line. I ordered another replacement. I was sent another impression kit sent it and again was sent a veneer that broke in the same spot as the one before! I ordered a fourth replacement in July and ordered a replacement! I was told by a CSR to take a picture of the broken veneer and send it in and they would process the order. I received ANOTHER molding kit and sent it in thinking all was fine. NO! September 24th they sent me an email stating they received the impressions but not the broken veneer! WHAT???? NOW for those of you who have ordered this veneer to try to solve your problem let me tell you save your money and avoid a ton of stress this will cause. even though the veneer is broken it covers the damage on my to top front teeth now it is OCTOBER 22. I called them today and they are refusing to do anything until they receive this BROKEN veneer. BIL wants me to go without the veneer. I am so discusted with this company. I told the representative on the phone today I was considering filing a complaint with my home state attorney general.......WOW. NOW THEY SAY SINCE I HAVE SAID THAT THEY WILL STOP ALL PROCEEDINGS ON MY REPLACEMENT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.They told me in order to fix the situation I would need to purchase a second veneer for $299.......MONEY TRAP DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After spending over $1000.00 With this company they are very poor business people. Its been 7+ months and the good fitting quality veneer I paid so much money for I have spent most of that time waiting for this company to show a shread of good business practices or any integrity. They don't care why should they they have my money.....don't let them get yours too.....thank you for reading. A Concerned dissatisfied customer.
