Brian Collard and his wife Shannon have a company known as Bricol Sports Auction, located in Palm Harbor, Florida. Their firm has conducted over 80 auctions. I have sent numerous emals but Brian and Shannon still have not sent a check for my items that sold in their 1/20/12 auction. They also not returned the consigend items that did not sell, which have a value of over $75,000.00. Besides violating their contract, which states "net proceeds fro the memorabiia 30 days from he lst day of the auction"...Bricol Sports Auction may be guilty of wire fraud.
