Forget to pay your bill? A $7.00 toll can turn into over $200.00 violaton. If you agree to let them keep your credit card on file they will wave the unethical , exorbitant fine. What's wrong with this picture? Bribery, Extortion? SR133 Orange Grove, SR241 Windy Ridge. #thetollroads #Irvine
