Breyers… the ongoing dangerous saga continues.
I agree. It is difficult when there are so many of us and all in different locations. Someone (several,. actually) suggested getting an attorney to look into all this from a legal point of view. At this point, over years, and with many complaints about the *same problem*…. it probably could be handled as a Class Action Law Suit. Now, the next hurdle: an attorney is going to look for someone actually injured... with damage to show proof. Most of the complainants so far, have not actually *swallowed* this stuff. Pure LUCK!! Ideas??? -- John The problem of glass/shells/etc. being present in Breyers continues. It has been years now that I have been following this sad saga. Recently, Breyers managed to say that "No matter what your dentist tells you - we (Breyers) have no responsibility for any dental problems." That is an astounding statement... meaning "we" have zero liability no matter what may become of you! Are any attorneys reading these ongoing experiences? Can anyone spell CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT --- something is dreadfully wrong with their ice cream process - year after year! Amazing. And, one must finally ask..... WHAT WILL IT TAKE????? --- John E.
