For the first time, I bought a 16 z size carton of your 4% fat cottage cheese, small curd. After I scooped out a serving amount into my dish, with diced bananas and chopped peaches of my own, I ate some of your product. I immediately felt "wads" of huge chucks of the cottage cheese. Quite startling. I found numerous other chunks if it in my bowl. Some were almost an inch round. Others were over an half inch in size.I took photos of it because the package said small curd and these was NOT small. The curds were numerous and LARGE. Here is the packing info .
