Breaks too easily

Good tuner, but too flimsy, it fell just right from 3 feet up and one of the prongs that holds the ball in place snapped off.

》 Yes and no. Good tuner, easy to use. Materials use to make it are suspect. Ball and joint prongs break which seems to be a common problem. ( reviews, friends, retail outlet where I bought it)
