We have rented from AH4R and had nothing but terrible experience. We finally bought a home sooner then our lease date expires. We are afraid that they will sue us and take us to court if we dont end up paying monthly rent until they find another tenant. We could pay up front to get out of the lease but are very afraid we will not get the prorated payment back when they find another tenant. Not to mention that we have been living in a mold infested home for 2 years. And they claimed they fixed it after i watched the job being done and was done incompletely. Took them over 2 weeks on the hottest days of summer to fix our AC, they never fixed any of the things they initially were suppose to fix on move in day and the list goes on! Has anyone experienced breaking a lease and not paying remainder? We're concerned that they will take us to court. Please any help would be appreciated. I feel so violated and lost.
