I stayed three nights at the Wingate By Wyndham hotel in Atlanta on Cobb Parkway. The first night there someone opened my room door at 12:30 at night. I shouted out and the door closed. I called the front desk and the night clerk gave me a long string of lies and moved me to another room. In the morning the manager was there and said that he was investigating the incident. In the afternoon I was told that a 'trouble key' had been issued to another guest because their new key system was not working well. The next time I saw the night clerk I got another string of lies. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
