On July 27, a plane ticket was bought with my debit card without my authorization. I found out about the purchase because I turned on the notifications in the app of the bank. The bank is currently carrying out an investigation to know who made this unauthorized purchase. I tried contacting Bravofly, but they dont have direct Customer Service. User's recommendation: Be careful with scammers!!
