I bought a summer waves elite pool kit for my kids at a price of 500 dollars.Straight out of the box and after filling pool with water I learn that the pump does not work! Call customer service multiple times to be put on hold for a time extent of up to an hour just for them to hang up on me each time! Seriously as nice as I could be I try to explain what my problem is and the "CLICK"!! Are you kidding me? The one time someone stays on long enough to hear the full extent he only offers to sell me a new pump at a price of nearly 200 dollars to replace the pump that NEVER worked to begin with! This is a low down sorry piece of trash company and I promise until you make this right I will do everything in my power to let the world know NOT to buy your crap.I hope that the thought of all the many children that you have left sad and disappointed keeps you up at night!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM POLY GROUP TRASH COMPANY!!
