Brand new box of miss matched Bar stool parts. Not returnable .

Received a pair of expensive mahogany and leather bar stools from Crosley Furniture as a wedding present. Upon assembly right out of the factory sealed carton the units had the wrong size miss matched parts. I sent photos to Crosley and they acknowledged the problem but could not do anything after their 90 day warranty verified by proof of purchase. Also the items are dis continued. So now if I want to embarrass the new in laws and trouble them for a receipt if it even is within 90 days I still do not think I can wind up with some suitable bar stools. The fact Crosley obviously screwed up and shipped a box of dis continued parts and is hiding behind their bogus 90 day warranty shows me an honesty issue here. I am stuck. Crosley talks a good game but they will not fix their own admitted mistakes. Do not buy boxed items from Crosley or it might be a box of firewood if you lose your receipt or wait 90 days to dis cover their mistake.
