1st purchased on May 15,2020 size 36A I exchanged for a size 38A not still comfortable. I placed another call and spoke to Heidi in June. She stated no second exchange. I wore the strapless brown bra to work. First time wearing it. When I got home took off the bra my right and left side had whip marks. So, if this is the prefect bra you need to send me a return label an sent a bigger size 38A1/2 and apologize to me. I can send you the photos, thanks MBP.
