Box was damaged, but the hats arrived dirty

I ordered two hats for me and 2 hats for my mum and sister. I placed the order on the website www.customizedwear.com. I was calm, because the seller provided all details and order arrived on time. But the box was damaged and the hats as well. I was shocked, because it was impossible to clean them and wear. The seller still hasn’t replied to my questions and emails about the refund.
