Bowl Sparkle doesn’t work

I purchased 2 boxes of your product, one for myself and one for my best friend! Bowl Sparkle did absolutely NOTHING! It DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! It didn't foam up or anything! Just fell to the bottom of both of our toilets! I was actually looking forward to watching it work like in the reviews and videos I saw. Needless to say to it was a complete letdown and waste of money!! Just thought I would let you of our experience with your product. Regards, Mark L User's recommendation: Don't waste your time.
